This bar, perched on the very top of Helsinki’s Sokos Hotel Torni is the best spot to view Helsinki from above. On a clear day, you can see Estonia! Enjoy a beer or cider and catch your breath from the spiral staircase you have to ascend to get to the top. Also, check out the best bathrooms in Europe (a floor down from the bar, the women’s bathroom has a northerly view of the city).
