This is a fun place to take a break from the sight seeing and stop in for a drink and a chat (local guides say this is a place where you can make as much noise as you want). The food is fine, but drinks are accompanied by a small basket of popcorn (with a light chile powdering) and that's about all you need. There's also live jazz on Tuesdays - Thursdays and on Sunday evenings.
