Intro to Bayside Marketplace
If you are looking for something touristy to do there is Bayside Marketplace, an outdoor shopping mall located right on Biscayne Bay in downtown. Here you will find everything from major retail chains to booths selling crafts. There is a food court and many restaurants such as Bubba Gump Shrimp Co. and Hard Rock Café. You can also take guided boat tours from here. There are many different ones, but the most popular takes you around Miami Beach and the islands to see the amazing homes of famous people. Maybe you will catch a celeb sunbathing. If you choose to stay on dry land, you’ll be sure to spend some money here, but hold on to your wallet, pickpockets are everywhere.
