If you are looking for true luxury shopping, you can find it all in two places. Bal Harbor Shops on Collins and 96th Street has an old 70s luxury feel and the stores are all about high fashion and high prices; Gucci, Prada, Hermés, Valentino, Yves Saint Laurent, if you see it in Vogue, you’ll find it here. On 385 San Lorenzo Avenue in Coral Gables is the Village of Merrick Park, a rather newly opened set of luxury shops. Premier concierge and personal shopper services are offered, and there is a spa and a gym. There are over 100 designer boutiques anchored by a huge Neiman Marcus and a Nordstroms.
