Centrally located between Perth and Fremantle, this very pretty area of City Beach is snuggled between the beautiful Indian Ocean and the native reserve of Bold Park.

In the summer-time a leisurely stroll to the west will have you warming your feet on the vast expanse of clean, golden crisp sand. Venture a few more metres to where the breakers pound the waters edge. Dive in and feel the tingling sensation of cool water enveloping your body. Dive into the glassy water of an early City Beach morning.


In winter, walk the water's edge and feel the power of the waves breaking at your feet. Watch the fishermen at the groyne. Marvel at the surfers braving the cold yet having the time of their lives. Enjoy a coffee or breakfast at Oceanus Restaurant overlooking the ocean. Stroll northwards and enjoy seafood on the beach at Costa Azzura in neighbouring Floreat. A two minute walk east of City Beach B&B will find you surrounded by natural Australian bush in the huge expanse of Bold Park. You can stroll for hours on the beautifully maintained walking tracks and forget you are on the doorstep of Perth City. See the city, look out to sea. Enjoy the tranquillity of this unique location.
