Apartments in Vienna is very close to the city centre! The first district is within 5 minutes walking distance. All apartments are with private facilities. Quiet street.
The house was built in 1805. The apartments are small and very simple. They have wooden/laminated floors, a small kitchen-corner, private shower and toilet. Linen and towels are included. There is a washing machine and dryer for all guests, it works with 8x -1?-coins. A cheap public phone shop with an internet-cafe is just around the corner.

Please note:
Please do NOT expect FUN in the house. What you can expect is accommodation in a quiet, safe area close to the city center!

If you feel that you bored inside the house, you are well advised to try opportunities that are nearby. There is fun all around you! Going out at day and night recommendations: these relaxing and fun places are reachable within only 10 minutes walk from our house:

Please note:
We do not have a reception desk. The house is accessible only for guests who are handed the keys. We do not have any staff for answering questions. Contact via phone is not possible, except for SMS!

From October - April arrivals are possible only:
Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday - 15:00 p.m. - 22:00 p.m.
Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday - 09:00 a.m. - 22:00 p.m.

From April - September arrivals are possible:
Monday - Sunday: 09:00 a.m. - 22:30 p.m.
It is necessary that you let us know your exact time of arrival. Someone will have to meet you and let you in.

Accommodation is always cleaned and should be ready to move in by 17:00 pm at the latest. Before this time you can leave your luggage in the apartment and take the keys.
Accommodations shall be left by 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure. Please leave the keys in the apartment when you leave.

We don?t take credit cards. Payment is upon arrival, with cash ?.
Late bookings have a fixed time slot for arrival: 20:00 p.m. - 20:30pm. If you have booked only 24 hours prior to arrival, we will wait for you at 20.00 p.m. - 20.30 pm. Please consider this when booking.

The Austrian Hotel contract conditions (ÖHVB) apply.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations shall be made via e-mail to the hostel.
Cancellations can be made up to 1 week prior to arrival. If you cancel later than this we are entitled to charge you for 3 nights. If your reservation is shorter than 3 nights we will charge you for the amount of the booked stay. For no-shows or not staying in the booked accommodation the same applies accordingly. We recommend a holiday-insurance covering cancellation-risk.

When coming by train from the west:

Westbahnhof
U3 to Stephansplatz
U1 to Schwedenplatz (1 stop only)
Tram 21 to Karmeliterplatz (1 stop only)
Walk trough Karmelitergasse
Walk trough Krummbaumgasse

Turn right into Im Werd
It is the 3rd house on the left
Duration: about 45minutes
Walking time about 4 minutes

When coming by train from the south:
Südbahnhof,
Tram D to Karlsplatz,
Tram 2 to Salztorbrücke
Cross over the bridge
Walk trough Hollandstraße
Turn left into Krummbaumgasse
Walk trough Krummbaumgasse
Turn right into Im Werd

It is the 3rd house on the left
Duration: about 45minutes
Walking time about 5 minutes

When coming from the airport:
With bus "OBB" to Schwedenplatz
Tram 21 to Karmeliterplatz (1 stop only)
Walk through Karmelitergasse
Walk trough Krummbaumgasse
Turn right into Im Werd

It is the 3rd house on the left
Duration: about 50 minutes
Walking time about 4 minutes

Alternative from Airport:
Take taxi "c&k", to be booked in the arrival area at its desk, which will bring you at a fixed, rate (about euro 23 to Im Werd 5, Duration: 30 minutes

When coming by car from the west:
Follow the sign "Zentrum." At the Opera (Zentrum), turn left and follow Ringstrasse. Follow Ringstraße till Donaukanal, Cross the first bridge to your left. Follow the sign "Karmelitermarkt" straight ahead.

Upon arrival on the market turn to the left immediately into Krummbaumgasse.
Then turn to the right into Im Werd.
It is the 3rd house on the left.
Beware: Parking around or near the marketplace will incur a heavy fine!
There is a garage underneath the marketplace!

IMPORTANT: ARRIVALS:

Only 1 arrival per booking:
There is only 1 arrival possible per booking, so if you are coming in two or more little groups, it is necessary that you fix a meeting time and meeting point outside the house with your roommates to let them in yourself.

Necessity of communication of time of arrival:
We will not be able to handle any arrivals, if not agreed in advance by e-mail.

The house is closed in the day! Only guests who already have a key can enter!

There is no reception!
