Comfortable, no smoking, 'family-run' Guest House, just three miles from the city of Liverpool!
Our Guest House is just three miles from the vibrant Capitol of Culture centre of Liverpool and two miles from the famous football grounds of Anfield (Livepool FC) and Goodison (Everton FC).

We are easily accessible from the motorways of the M62 and M58 and the M53 via the Mersey Tunnel.

In the city there are numerous restaurants, cafes, wine bars, night clubs, theatres, cinemas, museums and shops. In the local area there are many take-away outlets from which you can obtain a variety of cultural food from pizzas, Chinese, Kentucky fried chicken to Indian curries, and of course the very British fish and chips!

Our Guesthouse has a total of three bedrooms ranging from a double bedded room, a room with three single beds to a family room which has two double beds and a single bunk bed over one of the doubles and a bed settee which converts to another double.

The bathroom is shared. There are TVs in all rooms along with tea and coffee making facilities.

Smoking is not allowed anywhere within the building, so please respect our wishes!


IMPORTANT:
Ellan Vannin Guest House reserves the right to authorize your credit card prior to your arrival. This is to further secure the booking.

Cancellation:
Our cancellation policy is as follows: if the booking is cancelled more than two days before arrival then we just charge a 20% booking fee. If however, the booking is cancelled less than two days or it is a no show, then we charge a full day's occupancy.

Check-in time:
Please note that we ask guests to arrive after 16:00 pm this is because we allow a flexible checking out time and we need the time to clean the rooms, so if you were to arrive before 4pm your room may not be ready, or we may be out shopping for supplies. If you are arriving by the John Lennon Airport, you have two choices. You can either take a taxi, the cost of which would be approximately £10-15 or you can take a bus to the city centre and then, from Queen's Square bus station you can go to stand number 6 and take a number 12 or 13. Then ask the driver for West Derby Road/Green Lane and get off outside a supermarket by the name of Iceland. At the side of this you will see a road called Victoria Road. Walk down this road to the T junction and we are right in front of you, a green and white house. If you are travelling by car you will probably enter from the M62. At the end of the motorway you will see a sign for the Ring Road and Bootle Docks. You need to take this road until you pass a public house by the name of the Stag and Rainbow. After this you need to turn left into a road called Mill Bank. At the bottom of here you reach a roundabout. You need to turn to the right and take the first on your left,called Lisburn Lane Follow this road until it bends naturally to the right and Sandringham Road is on the left. 28 is halfway up on the right.

PLEASE NOTE THAT WE ASK GUESTS TO ARRIVE AFTER 4PM AS THIS ALLOWS US TO CLEAN THE ROOMS IN READINESS FOR YOU.
