Hotel:

Location
Located on River Valley Road and just across the road from the Singapore River. Within walking distance are the quay projects along the river of Robertson Quay, Clarke Quay and a little further, Boat Quay. The quays have been revived with restaurant, shops and entertainment. Also just across the road is Mohd Sultan Road which is the epicentre of nightlife and late night pubbing.

Rooms
Rooms are done in whites with decent but simple furnishing. The furniture though in good condition are of an older design. The hotel has upgraded some of the soft furnishing like carpets, bed covers and curtain to reflect a moe modern feel.

Restaurant
There is a coffee house on the lobby level serving local and some western cuisine.

General
A decent hotel that provides easy access to the river and the activities along the river. Although a little dated in design, it makes up for it by good upkeep.
