Built in 1953, the New 7th Storey Hotel is landmark of a bygone era. In fact, this building has resided in the same spot for the last 53 years.
New 7th Storey Hotel is not what its name suggests. It actually has nine storey with 40 rooms to cater to the budget conscious traveller. The hotel also offers travellers a quaint side of Singapore with its spiral staircase and a lift that can still be operated manually.
In terms of price, service, locality, comfort and convenience the New 7th Storey Hotel is a practical choice.

Kindly note that rooms will be release at 3 PM for reservation without credit card guaranteed. And we will be giving 5 allotment daily for Deluxe, Standard and Backpacker room.

We had also built in a pantry area for guest to have quick bites, fast and cheap, 24 hour round the clock. A microwave oven, toaster, toaster oven, electric kettle, full size fridge with freezer and a cozy lounge are in place. Drinks and snacks are available for sale day and night.
Garden Patio
A private 'Garden Patio' together with beach chairs, greenery and pipe-in music, is now completed and ready to be enjoyed. Many enjoyed suntanning of the afternoon sun while others prefer to mingle and chat with new friends in the cool evening with the view of the business district 'Shenton Way' or 'Suntec City' and the buzzling 'Bugis Junction'.
How to get to New 7th Storey Hotel, Singapore
For your information, the distance from the airport to our Hotel is 20 km approximately. Take one of the following transportation; it will bring you right up to our doorstep in 20 to 30 minutestime:
SMRT (Singapore Mass Rapid Transport [Subway])
The fare (in Singapore Dollars) for a Single trip ticket is S$1.40
The inter-station time, including transfer and waiting time, is:

First Train from Changi MRT station or Bugis MRT station on Monday to Saturday 0530 HRS Sunday or Public Holiday 0559 HRS. Last Train daily 2318 HRS.
Take a train from Changi MRT, alight at Tanah Merah MRT, cross over to board the transfer train which will head straight to Bugis MRT Station. After alighting at Bugis MRT Station, exit towards Seiyu/ Parco Bugis Junction/ Beach Road. Walk towards Seiyu door entrance facing North Bridge Road at level one. Walk across the road with pedestrian traffic light and you can see our hotel. Walking distance from Bugis MRT to our hotel is approximately 4 min.
Taxi the meter fare is between S$15 to S$18. (Meter fare starts at S$2.40)
Surcharges: Boarding from Singapore Changi International Airport
Mon to Thurs : from 0000 hrs to 2359 hrs S$3.00
Fri to Sun : from 0000 hrs to 1659 hrs S$3.00
from 1700 hrs to 2359 hrs S$5.00
Midnight Surcharges:
11.30pm to 11.44pm : 10% of metered taxi fare
11.45pm to 11.59pm : 20% of metered taxi fare
12 midnight to 12.59am : 35% of metered taxi fare
1.00am to 6.00am : 50% of metered taxi fare
Airport Shuttle Service (a seven-seater MaxiCab)
This service operates from both Terminal 1 and 2, between 6 am to 12 midnight**. Just register yourselves at the counters in the arrival halls, and at a cost of S$7 for adult and S$5 for children, the MaxiCab will bring you to anywhere in the city, just name it.
** Off-peak hours, between 7 am to 6 pm every 30 minutes
At peak hours, between 6 pm to 12 am every 15 minutes
