Located in the heart of downtown Toronto. You'll find Neill-Wycik is a few minutes walk from the very best in shopping and live theatre.
The Summer Hotel occupies approximately 15 floors of our 22 story building. There are 4 hotel apartment units on each floor. Within each unit you'll find 4 or 5 private bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a kitchen/common lounge area. It's a great way for a guest to meet new people, yet maintain bedroom privacy. It's also convenient for chaperoning large groups.

Our Front Desk and Concierge services are available 24 hours a day. If you need directions to attractions or assistance planning a day trip, our staff is there to help. Guests are welcome to check-in any time after 4:00 pm. Check-out time is 10:00 am. Our Cafe is open from 7:00am to 11:00 am every day.

Being a guest at Neill-Wycik means you can have all Toronto has to offer at your front door, and still have some money in your pocket to enjoy it.

We're also a five minute walk from public transportation (the Subway -the blue line with the blue dots). Two of the city's major highway arteries are a two minute drive from our door.
