From Orly take public bus (orlybus) until DENFERT ROCHEREAU, and than from Denfert take subway line N°6 direction NATION STOP AT NATION and than take line N°9 direction pont de sevreq stop at CHARONNE you have exit rue de Belfort outside you will be on the boulevard voltaire walk until 135 you will find street Belfort.
