Villa Philothera is a newly built, family unit, designed according to the typical Cycladic style. It?s ideally situated, just 70 meters from the most beautiful beach of Santorini - Perissa Beach.
The whole area is ideal beach for swimming, sunbathing and sea sports. The main road of Perissa and resort center is also just 50 meters away, where you will find cafes, pubs, restaurants, supermarket, taxi, tourist offices and bus station.

The villa consists of 4 double rooms and one apartment, 3 of them have a small kitchen (suitable only to make breakfast). The apartments have 2 bedrooms and can accommodate 3-6 people.

All the rooms are a good size with a lovely terrace, private bathroom; air-conditioning is included in the price as well as the safe deposit box. Guests can also to use the swimming pool at the hotel next door and free parking.

Daily cleaning and sheets / towels changed every other day, at yours disposal at the reception tourist information, maps, reservations for Santorini tours-rental car-moto, information for museums and restaurants -all included.

From port or airport when you take taxi tell the driver (or give him our phone number), to Perissa (hotel name Philothe(i)ra not filotera) the hotel is on the meltemi bar in Perissa the first road right to the beach and after 100 meters of the right side, 20metres before Hotel Athanasia.

When you take bus, from the bus station (Meltemi club, in Perissa) you follow the road opposite to the accordo travel-closed to summer time club and then after 100 meters on your right hand side, you will see us!
