Amsterdam Hotel : Grand Hotel Amstelveen

Location
A suburb of Amsterdam and only 10 minutes from Schiphol Airport, Grand Hotel Amstelveen is surrounded by green spaces and is within easy access to Amsterdam and the rest of Holland. It is also located right next door to the sport and party centre De Kegel, which offers many recreational facilities.

Rooms
All the bedrooms are very spacious and are decorated in beech wood red. All the bathrooms have a separate bath and shower and are in pristine condition with two double sinks in black finish, white floor and wall tiles and separate toilet.

Restaurant
Located on the ground floor, this is where breakfast is served. The buffet is in the centre of the room and the decor is slightly dated with floral and pale green wicker chairs. Located across from the hotel, 500 metres away in the party centre there are numerous restaurants where one can have lunch or dinner in a cozy, typically Dutch atmosphere and where one can also have a gastronomic meal.

General
This hotel is suitable for all types of travelers although guests may find it hard to get around if they do not have their own transport. However, for group business, this hotel definitely offers value for money.
