Ocean Terrace Resort is located in the small fishing village of Liloan, Santander on the southern tip of Cebu Island. Our quiet beachfront resort is located on a beautiful coral reef with crystal clear water.
Ocean Terrace is located at the edge of Liloan, Santander which is a small fishing village of about 200 people. Although the resort is quiet and secluded, it is conveniently located only 500 meters from the Liloan Pumpboat Terminal. Pumpboats travel from Liloan across to Dumaguete, Negros (travel time 20-30min.) About every 30 min. to 1 hour. Dumaguete is a city with a population of 100,000 and has Banks, Department stores and Nightlife and has a regional airport with daily flights to Manila. The resort is 3 hours by bus, van or car to Cebu City, with a major international airport.

The southern coastal road goes through small towns with old Spanish churches and spectacular ocean views. There are many opportunities to scuba dive and snorkel in the area. Sumilan Island is a 15 min boatride from the resort, Apo Island can be reached in 45 min. and Balikasag and Alona beach are 1 1/2 hour away. Moalboal is a 1 1/2 hour drive to the north. Other nearby attractions includes swimming at Kawasan Falls (1 hour drive north) or at the volcanic twin lakes near Dumaguete. There are rain forest treks near the twin lakes and atr Cassarroro falls in Valencia. Established whale watching trips are in nearby Bais and Pamilican Island. The resort has a Tennis court, volleyball, moped and van rentals, paddle boats and snorkeling. Beautiful corals are just 20 meters offshore where boats arrive from area dive resorts.

Ocean terrace is located 5 km west of the town hall of Santander and 4 km south of the Bato car ferry to Negros Island. It is 200 meters from the main highway and 400 meters north of the pumpboat terminal off the north side of the Liloan village loop road. It is marked with a large sign on the main highway and a small one on the loop road.
