The six-story building dates from 1939, and was revamped in 2000 by up-and-coming designer India Mahdavi of Paris. The unconventional spaces are conceived to suit stylish young people with skinny wallets. Rates start from $135 per night. The rooftop terrace with its red waterbeds is a popular nighttime venue. Downstairs, Bond St. Lounge, the Miami version of its N.Y. namesake offers great sushi. Free Parisian breakfast included.
