Alaska Fishing 2005


Introduction 2005-06-19
 
Went fishing with Doc Warner's Alaska.  Beautiful scenery including whales, bald eagles, glaciers, waterfalls and such.  This is my 2nd time fishing with this organization and 5th fishing trip to Alaska.  Within the town of Juneau check out the Red Dog Saloon,  the Alaska State Museum,  and try some of the best smoked salmon I've ever had.  (A quick tip on the salmon is that sometimes you can find it in a local grocery store up to 50% cheaper.)  Some people might want to see the local glacier, but there are much more impressive ones to be seen in Alaska, but it's conveniently only 9 miles out of town.
