Not Quite the Worst Flight (because I've had... 2005-12-12
 
My friend Ryan had just finished a lot of work for his philosophy
masters the previous day and convinced me to go out with him the night
before my flight. He's a very gregarious guy and we ended up
celebrating late. I was extremely hung over on the flight, which was
itself extremely crowded. It wasn't pleasant.

Making things a little nicer though was the fact that I was on a direct
flight. No filing in and out of planes at some out-of-the-way airport
in the middle of the country.
