Santander is also known as a city of the Spanish language, this is the capital and the largest city of the province of Catambria in Spain. It features a small historic center and handful of beaches. Its features a small historic center  and handful of beaches.  Magdalena Palace is one of the tourist attractions of the place, a palace that was used as a summer getaway of Spanish royalty.   This place is reasonably small. The locals and the tourist who already experienced the place are used to walk from the hotels to the parks, shops and churches.  The distance from one end of town to the other are some 6 km and can be walked in 2 hours along the cost road.  Taxi, Bus and bicycle are the common transportation of the place.   Parks, beach, churches, beaches and hotel Santander are the place where the thousands tourists were found especially during summer.   Here’s some interesting place in Santander   Prehistoric and archaeological Museum of Cantabria Maritime Museum of Cantabria Magdalena Beach Camel Beach Mataleñas Beach Magdalena Peninsula Cathedral Lighthouse at Cabo Mayor
