my first trip out of the country - just the two of us..... for...


just the two of us..... for real this time 2007-01-28
 
we awoke yesterday in a very lazily way......

we looked at shops, shopping good......

we went back to pai canyon (which again is one of the most beautiful
places i have ever seen in my entire life)........

dinner was very fun..
i got to teach someone some english... this was a kool experience
because i have never had to so this before..... it is interesting
breaking your every day speach down to the smallest concise parts... i
speak in constant caloquialism (i know thats spelklked otatlly wrong),
and so it was a learning experience to figure out this way of
communicating. (syd you have a rad job, it was totally fun)
as i think about it i had a wonderful conversation with pong. pong is
a waiter at a local resturant and an amazing barista. he is a buddhist
attempting to live presently in every moment...... he has a masters in
buisness and a BA in engenieering and he chooses to live as a waiter
without possesions because of the freedom that it provides.... i
learing a lot on how to deal with negative emotions and got a few
ponters about how i could live that way myself........... it was a
totally awesome conversation....

we went out to a local blues bar (i have already complained about this
enough so i will spare you)...

yesterday was a very uneventful day (except dinner which was
wonderful)....... i am glad to be leaving pai. it is a fairly boring
town.. there are people who some to thailand and just live here....
there are alot of "hippies" and a lot of trendy persons...

the bus is here i gotta go
