Intro to Le Sherpa
A delightful creperie on a delightful, centrally located street. Called "le Sherpa" presumably on a play of "pas cher," or inexpensive, this relatively cheaply priced cafe/restaurant is also incredibly delicious. Choose from an impressively long list of dinner crepes (filled with such delectables as gruyere cheese, eggs, vegetables, and ham), dessert crepes (fruit, jam, syrup, nutella, chestnut paste, whipped cream), and teas (the "the des poetes" is a sweet, aromatic blend of vanilla and flowers).
