Conceived by David Tang, the founder of China Clubs in Hong Kong, Peking, and Singapore, as well as the life-style brand, "Shanghai Tang", China Tang aims to define the best of classical Cantonese food. There is no fusion of dishes nor compromise on classical recipes, all are prepared with the freshest ingredients and traditional spices and flavourings. No mono-sodium-glutomate (MSG) shall be used. The decoration of China Tang will evoke a romantic sense of art deco of the thirties in line with the general architecture of the Dorcester Hotel.
