CRU is located on Hoxton Square adjacent to the White Cube in Londons contemporary art quarter. At CRU the menus are simple and unfussy that are full of the rich and exuberant flavours and colours of rustic cooking lots of fresh herbs and spices, grilled meats and fish, ripe cheeses. Our ingredients are carefully sourced and organic where possible, we have several small farms that supply CRU that include Chapel, Twelve Green Acres, Buccleuh and Longwood farms supplying meat, dairy & poultry. Cru is renowned for its excellent wine list, drawn from small, family vineyards and organic where possible.
