Chef Sanjay Dwivedi has created a menu of delicious modern Indian cuisine. He offers traditional dishes with a contemporary twist. Although there is an emphasis on light, healthy and vegetarian cuisine, he still allows the customer all their traditional favourites with a delicate subtlety of flavour, synonymous with Dwivedi's individual style.
Deya is a welcome return to the London restaurant scene for Sir Michael Caine, who has joined forces with restaurateurs Claudio Pulze and Raj Sharma of Cuisine Collection. The restaurant is located in a grade II listed building, and the interior designer David d'Almada has added to the elegance and dignity of the room with touches of warmth, colour and texture.
The bar at Deya offers both comfortable lounge style seating and bar seats to watch award winning mixologist Massimo Di Paola create his exotic and original cocktails.
