The cuisine at Christopher’s Fermier Brasserie (“Farmer’s Tavern”) is dedicated to the local and regional farmers, using French techniques with simplicity in mind. Chef Christopher Gross features his specialty dishes including: Truffle Infused Prime Filet, House Smoked Salmon, Terrine of Hudson Valley Foie Gras ABC, and Parnassienne of Chocolate Mousse. Each menu item is paired with a wine from the over 100 wines-by-the-glass program, created by sommelier, Paola Gross. Open ‘til Midnight Thursday-Saturday for the “Best in Late Night Dining.” Mentioned by the Business Journal as one of the best places for a business power lunch. Recipient of the Robert Mondavi Culinary Award of Excellence and Winner of the James Beard Award “Best Chef in the Southwest.” Voted Best French Restaurant 2002 & 2003 by New Times Best of Phoenix and The Arizona Republic.
