An exciting renovation and innovative new culinary concept has transformed Wright's, the historic signature restaurant at the legendary Arizona Biltmore Resort and Spa. Chef de Cuisine Matt Alleshouse spirited new food concept for Wright's at the Biltmore. "American Lodge Cuisine", encompasses bold flavors, rich texture profiles and elegant but simplistic presentations, focusing on elements and ingredients from American boutigue farms, dairies and game. Menus are created weekly to take advantage of the freshest seasonal ingredients in addition to tasting menus paired perfectly with wines to enhance this savory experience.
