Don & Charlie’s menu reflects the kind of fine American dining that has never gone out of style. The most popular menu items remain USDA prime steaks; hickory – smoked BBQ baby back ribs and chicken; prime rib; grilled lamb and veal chops; and fresh fish. Don & Charlie’s features a comfortable atmosphere with warm wood paneling, banquettes, and crisply white – clothed tables. The star attraction is the veritable sports museum housed throughout the restaurant. It is thought to be the largest collection of sports memorabilia west of the Mississippi. It includes literally hundreds of autographed bats, balls, jerseys, and photos from athletes of past and present. It is not unusual to see celebrity players from every sport dining at the restaurant. Don & Charlie’s is a Scottsdale landmark with a national reputation, their food and ambiance have been lauded in Newsweek, The Wall Street Journal, Gourmet Magazine and dozens of other publications.
