Vu… a new vision in culinary arts. This vibrant restaurant, which recently was named one of the “Best New Restaurants of 2005” by Esquire Magazine and received “Five Stars” from Howard Seftel of The Arizona Republic, features Contemporary New American cuisine overlooking the beauty of a lagoon and surrounded by lush gardens. Simplifying the elements of taste and technique, Vu returns to the true craft of cooking. Vu offers an extensive, unique wine list, which has recieved Wine Spectator Magazine’s Award of Excellence for 2004 and 2005.
