L'Auberge Carmel

Dining Info for L'Auberge Carmel

A new landmark for accommodations, dining and gracious architecture. The inn’s 12 table restaurant is overseen by executive chef Walter Manzke of Carmel's noted Bouchée restaurant, who prepares contemporary California cuisine with European influences in a dining experience akin to a Michelin starred restaurant. The total renovation of the restaurant and kitchen includes a wine cellar especially built under the inn's brick courtyard to house a 5,000 bottle collection.
