REPUBLIC restaurant + lounge is the newest addition to Los Angeles' hip dining row on La Cienega Boulevard. The current creation of Los Angeles restaurateur Mikayel Israyelyan and designed by noted designer Margaret O'Brien, REPUBLIC brings a combination of the most innovative design elements, unparalled service, menu items with creative twists on classic favorites and several settings to provide a destination for an entire evening. Executive Chef Gabe Morales, well known for opening Los Angeles dining hotspots Katana and BOA Steakhouse, as well as most recently revamping the timeless classic Polo Lounge at the Beverly Hills Hotel, has created a delectable menu of Contemporary American Creations with a slightly Southern flair. Also featured is an extensive wine list including wines from South Africa, Argentina, New Zealand and Australia, as well as from France, Italy and the Napa Valley.
