Intro to Brothers Korean Restaurant
It's gotta be a pretty good restaurant that can support two locations within two blocks. Brothers specializes in Korean BBQ. It's a very participatory kind of dining. Most of the tables have grills built right in. You order some raw meats, cook them yourself at the table, and then wrap them in lettuce with any of the various and sundry supplements they bring to your table. The ambiance isn't glamorous--it's smoky and hot and the decor is simple--but their marinated meats are phenomenal and surprisingly hard to ruin whether you're a seasoned grill-master or not.
