As a result of a fire at the David Williams Hotel Friday August 11, 2006, we have been forced to close the restaurant until damages and repairs can be assessed. All of us at Carmen The Restaurant want to thank all of you for your calls, emails and thoughts. Located in the posh David Williams Hotel, Chef Carmen Gonzalez newest creations of post new American with a Latino influence cuisine has earned her restaurant a respectful list of accomplishments including:
