In a sleek, hip environment that evokes a vintage James Bond movie, the swanky boite seats 125 indoor and 25 outside at the refurbished Hotel Nash. The menu is jam-packed with specialties such as Tartare of yellowfin tuna with avocado, cucumber noodles and lemon grass oil, Pan seared foie gras, guava brioche French toast and guava jelly, Florida spiny lobster tail with saffron linguini, tomatoes basil, white beans, fava beans, prosciutto and garlic crostini, Beef tenderloin, white and green asparagus and roasted garlic mashed potatoes.
