If you want the best Chinese food in NYC, head down to China Town and over to Mott st. and go to Wo Hop. There's often a line, but the wait is generally not too long and it is worth it. My suggestion? Try the pork fried rice, it is amazing. If you are looking for super authentic, this is not the place for you. If you're looking for great food at a place that will actually give you a fork, Wo Hop is a great choice for a cheap lunch or dinner. And they're open 24 hours, so they are perfect for those late night munchies.
