Cebu, named after the oldest island in the Phillipines, is Philadelphias newest foray into international cuisine. After a major facelift, Cebu retains the buildings historic past with vaulting ceilings atop Corinthian columns. The serpentine shaped bar is separated from the dining area by a meandering walkway, a scene right out of a swank New York dining spot. Swarovski crystal light fixtures add a jewel-like touch to this restaurant.
Weekends, as the dinner crowd slowly thins, the quiet dinner sounds transform into pulsating rhythms as Cebu morphs into a unique night spot. The music, theater lighting & entire mood shift into a late night theme for which Olde City is already known.
Cebu menu combines traditional Filipino dishes with Spanish influence. Cebu offers a menu laden with seafood. For the purists, we offer an array of traditional pork dishes which are such an inherent staple of Filipino cuisine.
