Named after the distinctive pines that grace the property, Pine brings wine country-inspired American cuisine to the Murray/Cottonwood area. The multi-level restaurant offers a comfortable and intimate dining setting in a sleek, contemporary atmosphere. Outside, the deck overlooks Big Cottonwood Creek and the Wasatch Mountains, offering one of the most distinctive outdoor dining settings in the Salt Lake Valley. Chef Neville's cuisine reflects a modern spin on American comfort classics such as Braised Lamb Shank with Herbed Mashed Potatoes, Grilled 21-Day Aged Angus Coulotte Steak with au gratin potatoes and a Cabernet reduction, and Crab cakes with grilled corn and bay shrimp. All dishes, sauces and desserts are made in-house, from scratch. The wine list continues the all-American theme, with an extensive selection of wines by the bottle, or the glass. The emphasis is on affordably priced, approachable wines from some of America's finest wineries.
