Chef Bill Hufferd, former Chef/General Manager of The Riverhorse Cafe, brings you The Mustang, Park City's finest food and good cheer, as Far East meets the Old West under snowcapped peaks. In addition to Chef Hufferd's celebrated signature dishes, enjoy all of our new specialties. The Duck Chile Relleno with ranchero sauce, Shrimp Tempura, Grilled Fresh Ahi Tuna n citrus sauce, to name a few, are superb. For you "guys", the 24 oz (at least...) Porterhouse Steak, is absolutely the best West of Kansas City. We offer a full selection of wine, beer, and cocktails. Open nightly from 5:30pm until the cows go home. The Mustang is warm and comfortable, with no design details left out. We are located at the bottom corner of the new section of Main Street.
