Croatia's political system is neither an Algonquin round-table nor a Vatican Council, but in fact a parliamentary republic.  That republic even has a political, cultural and administrative center, and that is Croatia's capital of Zagreb.  While Zagreb! narrowly missed comic book immortality with the likes of Kazam!
