| The DMZ is certainly worth a side trip – there’s nothing quite like an active military line. The tours of the aborted invasion tunnels dug from the north and the view of a lovely Potemkin village are both interesting and unique. On your way back, pick up some amethyst if that’s your thing – Korea is one of the leading producers of the semi-precious rock around. |
