| | Meteor Crater is located off I-40 exist 233, approx 35 mileseast of Flagstaff and 20 miles west of Winslow. Frankly it was rather dissappointing. It is basically a big hole in the ground of where a meteor hit it. There are some cool interactive things to do inside the musuem part, but it is rather expensive (don't remember how much). |  |
| Did the 7 Falls trail and it was pretty cool. A moderate half day hike. Started @ 6AM to avoid the heat and the trails were mostly empty. A pretty desert canyon. The trail is impassible if there's been recent heavy rain. |
