| | Hosted by the Rosicrucian Church the Egyptian museum has the largest collections of egyptian artifacts in California. The architecture of the museum is inspired by the Temple of Amon, and there is alot to see inside and out. | The Artichoke Center of the World is, of course, home to an Artichoke Festival. It's two days of music, children's entertainment (like face painting, etc.), and lots of artichoke, prepared in more ways than you could imagine. |
| A gorgeous beach that's perfect for camping or just lounging by the waves. There are capsites near the beach so it's legal and convenient but it's also not too crowded or dirty. |  |
